Great food, visually appealing plates, and nobody should leave this place hungry. We went with a group of four, and followed the server recommendation of ordering one of everything on the four-option tasting menu and then sharing some of everything. It was also my wife's birthday, and she got a lovely card from the staff. I also took home a bottle of their Ragged Branch house whisky which was great stuff. Overall, the place was quite busy but our server was attentive and we never felt rushed. I also highly recommend splurging on the champagne & caviar starter; the brown butter rolls it comes with were spectacular!

I’ve eaten dinner here several times and it always impresses. If you drink, their bartender makes wonderful cocktails. I recommend coming as a party of 4 so you can try one of each option from each course! Rooster & Owl also works to accommodate allergies, removing allergens when possible and recommending alternate dishes if needed. We have never had a cross-contamination incident.

Michelin one-star restaurant. Requires reservations and has a dining time limit. The service is exceptional, and the set menu offers delicious dishes. If you're still hungry, you can add extra dishes for $15 per dish. The wine selection is also quite good.

Truly the best meal I've ever eaten from start to finish. Highly recommend the pea rangoons! Portions are exactly what a meal should be. I wasn't overly full, and I didn't leave hungry. The entire staff made my boyfriend's birthday dinner incredible with a card signed by everyone, but Dan and Chris deserve a special shout-out for entertaining us all evening. We are already saving up to go back!

This is a great spot for food lovers. I had dinner at the bar. The four course menu is perfect with a wide array of options. Stand outs were the Gnocchi and the Mouse. The gentleman tending bar really made the experience. He was well versed in the food, cocktail and wine. The wine pairings were very well done and matched the food perfectly. Serve was fantastic. Casual vibe with a fine dining presentation. Only thing I may suggest is to keep the reds in a wine cooler to help them show better. Great meal. Highly recommended

The food was great. I especially loved the spinach cavatelli. The Hong Kong roll at the beginning was amazing. Really enjoyed the cucumber spirals, beets, pea Rangoon and scallion naan as well. Les Blue Blues was a great cocktail

Enjoyed the tasting experience. Service was above and beyond and made it extra special. The menu items are very creative. Everything, - apart from the chicken and dessert which were ok - was amazing.

The food was outstanding from start to finish, the flavors and presentation was impecable. Also the explanation of the dishes by all the team members was awsome and they also had a super nice detail for our anniversary. Special recommendation, try the cod as the main and the chesecake for desert!

Went for my birthday and was so impressed with the staff and the food! We loved all the dishes we tried. Some favorites were the cucumber spirals (flavortown), scallion naan, spinach cavatelli and hummingbird cake

My wife and I recently went to Rooster & Owl for our anniversary and had a great time and meal. We had reservations at the bar and enjoyed that versus usually sitting a table. We arrived on time and had to wait a bit--I wish I had been offered or known if we could order drinks while we waited out front. That said, it wasn't a long wait. The service from both the server and bartender were great. They were attentive w/o being obtrusive. They offer a tasting menu and what I really liked versus other restaurants that do the same was having not only four choices per course, of which there are four, but that you can also add on other plates for I think it was $15--more than reasonable. My wife and I picked different plates from one another to sample a bit more than we otherwise would and everything was amazing. It all tasted fresh, clean, perfectly seasoned, and well-portioned. The cocktails were great and while we didn't do the wine pairing, we did have a glass here and there that were suggested and paired very well. The space overall is great. There are all kinds of seating options--the bar, dining room, patio--something for everyone. It was dimly lit and quiet enough to have a conversation. For a Michelin star restaurant with a $95 tasting menu (and $85 wine pairing, if you choose), it's a great deal. Would definitely return as well as try their other restaurant, Ellie Bird.
